YOGA CLASSES

I teach trauma-informed Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga with a strong emphasis on mindfulness. My style is mild to moderately challenging and allows individuals to move at their own pace and difficulty level.  During my classes, I incorporate breathing techniques, specific intentions on guiding principles, psycho-education about the mental health benefits of each posture and some humor. Each yoga class is closed with an extended Savasana, and 1min mindful meditation to reflect and integrate the experience.
