ART WORK SHOPS

Creative expression can be extremely cathartic and helpful for healing. It can also be used as a coping strategy for emotion regulation and preventative care. Workshops are currently postponed due to pandemic precautions.

Coping with Crafts

Learn tangible forms of coping with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief through this hands-on creative process of coping by crafting. Each workshop will focus on a different craft of interest and will begin and end with meditative mindfulness practices to integrate learning. Come join us for this experiential adventure of creation!

A few of our offerings include: dreamcatchers, glitter jars, making mandalas, paint/draw an emotion, potting a plant, and more! 

Mala Making Workshop

 A Mala is a string of 108 beads used for meditation and spiritual reverence (a similar concept to Rosary beads).  Each bead is made from precious stones and crystals cultivated by the earth beneath our feet, and then strung on a chord with meaningful intention for spiritual growth. 

Come create a personalized spiritual tool for grounding and enlightenment while learning more about  the significance of the number 108:

1= God/Universe/Highest Truth

0= Emptiness/Humility

8= Infinity/Timelessness

The sacred number 108 represents the wholeness of existence also connects the earth, sun & moon and repeatedly appears in math and science such as the Fibonacci sequence.
